Visitor Center
The Lake of the Woods Tourism Bureau houses area information and is an Explore Minnesota Tourism affiliated travel information center. Our office is located on the west edge of Baudette, just off of State Highway 11 on the north side of the road. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM during the winter, with extended hours of operation during the summer. If you happen to be in the area after business hours there is an information hutch located outside our office that contains information about the area. We take pride in being the organization that helps to promote our fabulous resort community and legendary Lake of the Woods. Our marketing efforts include print ads, TV commercials, radio spots, and distribution of information at various sport shows around the Midwest.
